Advance Purchase cancellations are non-refundable. Any modification to a reservation(s) may result in the entire stay being subject to the new applicable rate for your travel date(s). Cancellations/Changes made within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations/changes made more than 7 days of arrival/check-in time are fully refundable.
Pets: $25 non-refundable fee per dog per stay, due at check-in. Dogs only. Dogs must be leashed at all times. 2 dogs only maximum, no size limit. Excessive cleaning fees may apply. Permitted in Boat House rooms only. Not allowed in the Boat House Beverly Suite. When You Arrive: Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave, along with their owners. Bring a leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles, as regulation by Olympic National Park. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended, or the National Park Rangers will be notified. Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other visitors. If your dog is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations. Please pick up after your dog in all areas within the facility. Reminder: Dogs are not allowed on any of the Olympic National Park Trails.
Rates Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $15 per night per person aged 12 or older. Pack-n-play cribs can be requested at the time of reservation and are $25.00 + tax per stay. Limited availability. Rollaway beds are not available. Please note there is an additional $1.00 Interpretive Fee per night and a $1.00 National Forest Donation per night (National Forest Donation can be refunded at check-in).
