Policies of Kalaloch Lodge:

Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night's room rate, plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Pets Policy

Kalaloch Lodge is a pet-friendly property. Pets are allowed in any of the Cabin units, but NOT in the Main Lodge or Seacrest House. A one time non-refundable fee of $25 per pet will be charged for designated pet rooms, for any dog, any size, max two per cabin. Keeping a pet in a non-pet friendly room will result in the $25 per pet fee being added to your reservation and you will be relocated to a pet friendly room.

• You must accompany your pet(s) at all times, and they must be on a 6-foot leash (1.8 meters)
• Guests must clean up after their pets. Pet refuse bags are available in posts by beach stairs and behind Mercantile.
• For the safety of our staff, we ask that you do not leave your pet unattended in the guest room.
• Pets are allowed on the restaurant patio but not in the main building or Mercantile.
• You are responsible for any damage or inconvenience that may be caused by your pet(s) to your room or any other part of the property damaged by your pet(s)
• Pets must not disturb other guests.
• There is a charge of $25 per pet per stay that will be charged to your room. A maximum of two pets per room is permitted.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Children aged 12 and under do not affect the rate, but the rate will increase by $15.00 (not including package components) per additional person aged 13 and older in the room. Please note there is an additional $3.00 Park Fund per night. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per night (subject to availability) and cribs are free of charge (subject to availability), available in certain cabins.

All guestrooms at Kalaloch Lodge, including Main Lodge rooms, Seacrest House rooms, and all cabins, are designated non-smoking rooms. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in any Kalaloch Lodge guest room or cabin.

Check-in: 4:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.

The front desk is open 24 hours.

Late check-out may be requested, but a $25.00 fee will be added if checking out after 11:00 AM.
