Reservation Policy

A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. The guest must present the credit card upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 48 hours of arrival before 3 pm PST. If the reservation is canceled after 3 pm PST 48 hours prior to arrival or in the event of a "No Show", 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.

Pets Policy

A pet fee of $25.00 is charged per pet/per stay due to the additional cleaning needed for the room for future guests.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy, an additional $20.00 per night will be applied for each additional guest. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in guest rooms incurs a $500 cleaning fee. There are designated outside smoking areas. Rollaway beds are not available. There is one pack and play available upon request.
