Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) 3 days prior to arrival will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) after 3 days or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show up before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Pets Policy

Pet deposit per stay: $75.00. Pets must be less than 30 lbs and be on a leash or in a carrier. Pets are not to be left unattended. Pets walking area available. All rooms are pet-friendly.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Please note there is an additional $25.00 resort fee plus tax per night charged at check-in. Rollaway beds are not available.

The nightly resort fee of $25.00 plus tax includes the following: 

• One $15.00 voucher per room to Whale Watching Co. Tours.
• Access to tennis courts (Racket and ball provided).
• Access to hotel fitness room.
• Access to outdoor waterfront pool and hot tub.
• Concierge services.
• Access to Kids activity room.
• Wireless internet in hotel guest rooms and public spaces where available.
• Self-Parking. 
• In-room coffee with coffee maker. 
• Access to the guest laundry room.
• Unlimited local calls and toll-free number access. 
• Access to baby amenities such as pack-and-play and cribs
