Policies of Pine Lodge on Whitefish River:

Reservation Policy

October-May 1 night deposit with remaining balance due 3 days prior to arrival. June- September 1 night deposit with remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

June- September 7 days prior to arrival. Inside 7 days, forfeit the total amount. October-May 3 days prior to arrival. Inside 3 days, forfeit the total amount. 

Pets Policy

Pets allowed in first and second-floor rooms only. Pets allowed based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms. Up to 2 dogs per room with an 80-pound weight limit. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc) may be accepted at the hotel’s discretion. The Pet rate is $25.00 per day with a $100.00 per week maximum.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Room rates are based on double occupancy. Children 17 and under are free. Adults 18 and over are subject to a $10.00 additional charge per night. Please note there are additional tax fees, including nightly 11% tax, 1% Community sustainability fund, 1% Averill Foundation Contribution, and 12% Hotel Service Fee (year-round). Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, room restrictions may apply.
