Policies of Firefall Ranch Yosemite:

Reservation Policy

All reservations require a deposit of the first night’s room plus tax charged at the time of booking. Please note that the lodge will NEVER charge resort, amenity or parking fees.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Reservations canceled more than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 fee.

Pets Policy

Dogs are allowed on property ONLY for those who have reserved a cottage or villa with our Doggie Daily rate, and subject to all requirements of our Pet Policy -  $85.00 per night for up to two dogs. Dogs must be under 90 pounds.

Other Policy

Rate Policy: Two-night minimum stays are often required during peak season (May - September) and off-season weekends (September - May). Two to three-night minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. All rooms are non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. Guests are responsible for keeping their cottage or villa in good order and will be charged for damaged or missing furnishings, fixtures, and supplies. Indoor furniture must remain inside the guest room and not be brought onto the deck or other outdoor areas. No rollaways are available. Pack and Plays are available upon request for no charge. There are no cribs. No resort fees. Please note there is an additional $1.00 Yosemite Conservancy fee per night.
