Policies of Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge:

Reservation Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 6pm local time the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax. If a guest does not arrive, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. There are scheduled shuttle services between the lodge and the Denali Visitors Center daily from 7 am to 7 pm. The cost is $5.00 per person roundtrip. Guests arriving by train will be met by hotel staff at the depot. Guests arriving by Park Connection motorcoach will be dropped off at the hotel. Rollaway beds are not available. 

A credit or debit card is required for all non-included purchases made at Princess Wilderness Lodges. Cash is not accepted for items such as meals, drinks, retail goods, and optional tours. However, we recommend having cash on hand for optional gratuities.
