The deposit is 30% unless the reservation total is under $1000. If it is under $1000, then the deposit is 100%. If a 30% deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival. The amenity fees information remains the same.
For the cancellation policy. Prior to 60 days, there is a full refund. 60-46 days prior to arrival, if the 100% deposit is paid, then we would forfeit 30%. If a 30% deposit is paid, the deposit will be forfeited. Within 45 days of arrival, the whole stay is non-refundable. There is a $50 change fee.
No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $35.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Pack-n-play is available upon request. Rollaway beds are not available. $19.00 per room per stay amenity fee, paid at the time of booking & $2.00 per room, per stay Denali Education Center Donation fee.
If arriving by train, there is a $12.00 Porterage fee per person for round-trip shuttle service to the train depot. When arriving at the train depot, look out for the shuttle to Denali Cabins. If arriving by the Park Connection Motorcoach, the bus stops at the Denali Cabins.
