Reservation Policy

100% of the total will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Outside of 30 days of arrival, there will be a 100% refund. 30-16 days before arrival will be a 50% refund, and within 15 days of arrival will be no refund.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. An additional $15.00 fee will apply for additional guests. A three-night minimum is required when booking cabins or vacation rentals. A two-night or three-night minimum is required when booking rooms during holidays, weekends, and high season. Rollaway beds are not available.

The office closes at 8:00 p.m, please plan to arrive before office closure. If you are staying in a condo it is best to arrive before dark so you can find the condo more easily.
