Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/changes made less than 72 hours prior to 4:00 pm local time on arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.

Pets Policy

Big Bend Station has a strict no-pet policy, we do allow pets in Pet-Friendly rooms only. All other rooms do not have accommodations for pets. A non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee of $25 is required upon booking for any Pet Friendly designated rooms. You may be charged a fee of up to $250 if damages are found. Big Bend National Park is not a pet-friendly park. If you choose to bring your pet, they can't be left alone in a room or vehicle at any time. They are not allowed on any hiking trails located within park boundaries and must be on a 6 ft. leash or shorter at all times. Upon check-in, the resort will need to receive your vehicle information including your vehicle make, license plate number, the year the vehicle was made, and the state in which the vehicle is registered. Pets are allowed in rooms 30 & 32 at the Main Lodge. Pets are allowed in rooms 13 & 14 at the Mission Lodge. Maximum of two pets.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 8:00 am -12:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
