Policies of Banff Park Lodge:

Reservation Policy

All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Upon arrival, a full deposit will be taken. For those using cash or debit, full Room and taxes + $250 security deposit will be charged to your card and the deposit will be returned upon departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received no later than 4 p.m. one day prior (24 hours) to arrival to avoid late cancellation charges. Cancellation charges are equal to one night's room charge plus applicable taxes and fees.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change or increase depending on availability and local competition with rates changing frequently on weekends and certain season dates. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. The extra per-person charge (16 years and over) is $15.00 CAD per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
