Reservation Policy

100% of the stay is processed when booking. At check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for $150 for in-room incidentals. Upon your departure, any room incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

Pets Policy

AutoCamp welcomes all well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for an additional fee of $75.00 per stay for up to 2 dogs. There is a 2 dog maximum with an 80lb maximum weight each. We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking into AutoCamp. Dog accommodations must be booked online.

– Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
– Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle.
– Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.
– AutoCamp is not responsible for, and will hold dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by your dog.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $50.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Please note there is an additional $35.00 Amenity Fee per night and a $1.00 fee per night for the Nature Bridge Donation. Rollaway beds are not available. Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Holiday and Event weekends may require a 3-plus minimum night stay.

The front desk is open 24 hours.

Based on availability, late checkout (until 1 p.m.) can be accommodated for a $75 fee. Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.
