Q:How close is the Inn to Acadia National Park?

The Inn is minutes from the park and offers direct trail access to Acadia National Park which has more than 45 miles of carriage roads that run through the park. The Acadia Inn leads directly to these roads and trails, which are ideal for hiking and biking.
Q:Is there transportation from the property to the park?
A:
The "Island Explorer" is a free shuttle that picks up at the inn, and makes daily stops at some of the major hiking trails/carriage roads, island beaches, and in-town shops. This shuttle runs daily.
Q:Does the Inn have a pool?
A:
The Acadia Inn has a large heated outdoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi (open late-May to October).
Q:How close is the inn to the Acadia National Park?
A:
The property doesn’t offer bikes or kayaks for rent; however, several outfitters are available right in town, here in Bar Harbor. We would be happy to recommend some options for your stay!
