Policies for Bar Harbor Inn & Spa:

Reservation Policy

All Reservations require an advanced credit card deposit equal to the first night’s lodging.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days prior to their arrival date. The deposit will be refunded in full. If a reservation is canceled 13 days or fewer prior to the arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates vary according to date and accommodation and are based on double or single occupancy. A charge of $20.00 per adult, per night will be applied to any reservation exceeding more than 2 adults per room. Children between the ages of 6-17 will be an additional $10.00 per child, per night. Pack & Plays and Roll Away beds are available upon request. Not all rooms can accommodate rollaway beds, please inquire when booking your reservations. A 2 to 3-night minimum is required during peak season.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 7 am - 11 pm (night auditor avail).
