Q:Does the hotel offer activities?

Bar Harbor Inn and Spa is landscaped on eight private acres, offering a private retreat with a full-service spa, elegant dining options, ocean views, and superior hospitality - and is located within walking distance to the shops, art galleries, and water activities in the area.
Q:Does the hotel have a pool?

There is a large outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi that is open from mid-May to mid-October. There is also a pool menu available in the summertime - offering food and beverages from the Terrace Grill.
Q:Is there a beach on the property?
A:
No. Bar Harbor is mostly a rocky coastline. A small public beach is located next to the town marina. In Acadia National Park is Sand Beach a popular destination and a great beach to explore and swim at, it is located about 10 minutes from the property.
Q:Is there a restaurant on-site?

The Bar Harbor Inn has two exceptional dining locations. The Reading Room offers fine dining with beautiful views of Frenchman Bay and is open for breakfast and dinner daily. Guests enjoy early access to make reservations and are encouraged to book at least 72 hours before arriving at the Inn.
The Terrace Grill offers casual outdoor dining that overlooks the bay and serves lunch and dinner. The Terrace Grille does not accept reservations but is pleased to offer priority seating to hotel guests.
Guests can also enjoy refreshments and snacks at the Pool Bar.
Q:Is there bike or kayak rentals?

The Bar Harbor Inn does not offer rentals, but there are many places to rent bikes, kayaks, and canoes in downtown Bar Harbor.

The ClipperCreek HCS-50 is a high-powered Level 2 EV Charging Station EVSE. 40 Amps of power (9.6kW) is perfect for plug-in electric vehicles. It will charge your car up to nearly 7x faster than the cord set that came with your electric vehicle. ETL listing demonstrates this product has met the requirements of widely accepted product safety standards for EV charging stations.
Upon check-in, guests are provided with a complimentary property parking pass. Please display the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle for access to any of the guest lots. On-property guest parking is included. Complimentary valet service is also provided to hotel and restaurant guests.
