The Tin Lizzie Inn is a small elegant Victorian Bed & Breakfast with all the charm of yesteryear, including a Model “T” Ford.  Located in Fish Camp, CA across from Tenaya Lodge the Tin Lizzie is just two miles from the Southern entrance to Yosemite Park.   The Inn opened in 2007 and offers you the original decor of a mini Victorian Mansion but with the comforts of the 21st Century.  The Tin Lizzie Inn offers facilities for weddings and special occasions; you may choose from the romantic honeymoon suite or quaint cottage, each with private patios and their own special charm.  Sightseeing is a breeze with Bass Lake only 16 miles away, the historic Wawona Hotel and Golf Course 7 miles away, the Big Trees 5 miles away, and a wonderful scenic drive to the beautiful Yosemite Valley floor and Glacier Point.

The Tin Lizzie Inn is a beautiful Victorian completion of a 15 year dream of the innkeepers, David & Sheran. David, a lover of history, wanted to recreate an inn that would reflect the elegance and grandeur of days gone by. Completed in 2006, the inn reflects the architecture of the 1890’s featuring elegant moldings & word work, original stain glass windows, fireplace mantels, hardware, early lighting, marble sinks and pull-chain toilets.

While making staying at the Tin Lizzie you will experience what it was like to live in an opulent home with servants to take care of your every need. The goal is to provide the best accommodations and service to all guests as well as an experience to remember for a lifetime.

The Tin Lizzie Suite

Walk through French doors into a luxury suite made for a queen.  The Lizzie Suite takes in the entire second floor and overlooks the Model T’s below which can be viewed from your private balcony. The bathroom comes with heated floors and stain glass windows which open onto the front of the house.

Snuggle up in your king bed dressed with luxury sheets – cuddle up by the fire and watch the story of how the Model T changed the world on your flat screen TV. Enjoy a long bath in your claw foot tub complete with massaging bubbles or take a long, leisurely shower with body sprays and three showerheads.  A perfect choice for a honeymoon or that extra special occasion.

The Tin Lizzie Cottage

Sit on your front porch and watch the deer or on the back patio and enjoy the sounds of the waterfall as the squirrels entertain you. It is one of our favorite accommodations for that family with a third person. The downstairs living area has an original Murphy Bed which pulls out to offer a cozy night's sleep. Upstairs offers a queen bed and bath.

The Cottage is attached to the main house with separate living room on the main level and bedroom suite on the second floor with queen bed. French doors open to your own patio & hammock in the back, or sit on the front porch and watch for deer. Enjoy the firepit in the evening with popcorn & marshmallows.

Enjoy a full gourmet breakfast on the privacy of your own patio or the beautiful sunny front porch.

Morning coffee and tea is available to enjoy with homemade muffins and breads if you’re an early riser.

A full gourmet breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 a.m.
