CANCELLATION POLICY

. Any reservations which are canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date will be charged the room rate plus tax as a cancellation fee

. Since we are a small inn, we regret that any cancellations or changes from the date of booking up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, will be billed a $25 cancellation fee if you do not rebook. Thank you in advance for your understanding
