The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm

The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm is the ideal country retreat. The property consists of 70 picturesque acres tucked away in the scenic forests of the Blue Ridge Mountains, directly adjacent to Shenandoah National Park.

The accommodations at Sugar Hollow Farm include the main Inn and the Farmhouse. The property is surrounded by all the beauty and splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains including hiking/backpacking trails, fishing streams as well as all the fun and adventure of Shenandoah National Park.

Sugar Hollow Farm is entirely smoke-free. For the comfort of all our guests, we have no place to accommodate pets, children over 12 are welcome.

The Main Inn

The Main Inn provides guests with the ultimate in comfort. All guests of the Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm are welcome to find relaxation in The Main Inn. The family room has comfy couches and a wood burning fireplace. The sun room is a morning favorite to do some reading or plan the activities for the day ahead. A common study with a satellite TV is another cozy area for guests. The upper foyer has a reading nook that is the perfect place to steal away and delve into your current novel. An upper deck has more than one set of seating for the comfort of multiple guests. Relax and gaze out over the pastures and the distant mountains.

Wildflower Room:
This whimsical suite features a four post king-size bed, fireplace and a window seat. Mountain views greet you from every window. The room is decorated in an airy floral décor. A private bathroom with a double whirlpool bathtub creates yet another sweet place for rest and relaxation.

Country Manor Room:
The Country Room is a warm Victorian suite with a king-sized four poster rice bed and a cozy fireplace. The sitting area near the fireplace creates an ideal reading spot. A private bathroom features a double whirlpool bathtub.

Hunt Country Room:
Fox hunting is the theme of this cozy room with a queen-sized sleigh bed. The view of Pasture Fence Mountain agrees with the equestrian theme. This room has a fireplace and a private bathroom.

Colonial Room:
This traditional room comes with twin extra long twin-sized beds or it can be made into one king-sized bed prior to your arrival. The bed is made from cherry wood, as well as the table and chair. The private bathroom has a large walk in shower with a custom swag curtain.

Woodland Room:
The Woodland Room features a queen-sized bed and an array of furry woodland creatures. The wood burning fireplace is complimented by cushioned reading chairs. This room includes a private bathroom.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is across an expansive lawn from the Main Inn. It was built in 1905 and renovated in 1998. There is a shared sitting room with a TV where guests can help themselves to hot and cold beverages. Guests in The Farmhouse also have full access to the common rooms in The Main Inn. All meals are served in The Main Inn. Guests love the porch swing during relaxing afternoons.

Hummingbird Room:
White wicker furnishings are complimented by warm apricot hues in this cozy inviting room for two. A king-sized pillow-top bed makes it even more comfortable. All farmhouse rooms have private bathrooms.

The Garden Room:
The Garden Room radiates with the ambiance of an old farmhouse room. The garden theme, heart pine hardwood floors and antique queen-sized brass bed also add to theme. This room is on the first floor and also features a cozy daybed, perfect for quiet time alone or a third person. All farmhouse rooms have private bathrooms.

Butterfly Room:
This room is prim and proper, yet has vintage pantaloons decorating the wall, as well as vintage hats. A comfortable queen-sized bed is accompanied by two cushioned reading chairs in a cozy corner with a lamp. All farmhouse rooms have a private bathroom.

The Shenandoah Suite:

This suite encompasses a new wing of The Farmhouse with a private entrance and the ultimate in privacy. The other guestrooms are on the opposite side of The Farmhouse. A four poster king-sized bed, gas fireplace, two cushioned window seats, writing desk and comfortable couch come together in elegance to make this room feel like a country cottage. Guests love to relax on the wicker loveseat on the private deck. TV with DVD player and CD player are there for your enjoyment. A private bathroom features a large bathtub big enough for two.
