Rates

All public areas & guest rooms are smoke free environments.

All rates based on single/double occupancy. A $4.75 utility fee will be added to room rate, per room, per night.

Each additional person $11.00. Roll-away bed $11.00. $25.00 per pet/ night non-refundable cleaning fee.

Reservations Policy

• Tax: 9% + $4.75 utility fee
• Cancellation: 72 Hours plus $15 fee
• Deposit: 1 Night plus tax & surcharge
• Credit Cards: V - MC - AX

• Check-in at 3 pm : Check-out at 11 am.
• All rooms and public areas are smoke-free.
• Firearms are prohibited inside all buildings.
• Reservations are confirmed upon payment equal to one night's room rate. Most major credit cards are accepted.
• Any charges incurred during stay may be paid with cash, check, or a major credit card prior to departure.
• Reservations must be canceled 3 days (72 hours) prior to 3 pm local time on scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit less the $15.00 USD cancellation fee.
• All cancellations inside of 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night's stay plus tax cancellation charge. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. For this reason we recommend travel insurance.
• Please note that every consideration will be made to honor your special requests, however, specific room numbers or buildings cannot be guaranteed.
