Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. There is a 50% deposit required on all reservations four or more nights, three of less nights a deposit of 100% is required. If you cancel outside of 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund minus a $35.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive no refund and will be responsible for full rental fee unless the cabins are able to be re-rented, however you may reschedule if you would like, holidays will not be part of the dates you may reschedule. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival time will receive no refund and cannot reschedule.
