Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit, less a $50 administration fee, will be refunded if we receive cancellation notice 30 days prior to your arrival for any type suite EXCEPT two bedroom suites and vacation homes, and then a 60 day cancellation notice is required. Anyone canceling short of the required 30 and 60 days or shortening their stay, will forfeit the entire deposit. This also applies to reservations made within 30 or 60 days of a desired stay.
