Romantic River Song

This very fine and extravagant facility offers a luxurious and romantic lodging experience next to scenic Rocky Mountain National Park.

Romantic River Song is a small mountain country inn nestled at the foot of Giant Track Mountain in Estes Park, Colorado. Once a luxurious summer home of the wealthy and the scene of Great Gatsby-like parties, Romantic River Song is now a very special and inviting bed and breakfast inn.

Romantic River Song is the ideal location for an intimate wedding ceremony. Romantic River Song is a romantic nine-room country Inn nestled at the end of a winding country lane on 27 wooded acres. There are trout streams and ponds, hiking trails and tree swings. We are located adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park, with spectacular scenery and secluded luxury.

The rooms at Romantic River Song are named after Colorado wildflowers in the Rocky Mountain Region. All rooms have private baths, fireplaces, showers and large tubs. Most rooms have 'toe cozy' radiant heated floors. All prices are per night for one couple and includes our wonderful full country breakfast each morning of your stay. The inn is entirely non-smoking. Several of our rooms are wheel chair accessible.

*Note: Because the Inn reflects a grown-up fantasy, it is not suitable for infants and small children. It is the perfect get-away for romantic couples.

Meadow Bright

Truly a 'Colorado Mountain Suite' with log walls, rock fireplace by a jetted tub for two, waterfall shower, massive fireside log canopy bed, private deck overlooking pond below and snow-capped peaks of the Continental Divide. Wheel chair accessible. Tucked away on the mountain - secluded!

Wood Nymph

A bright and cheery country cottage room with a magical willow canopy bed in front of a crackling fire. Cozy reading nook, bay window table for two overlooks ponds below. Greenhouse bathroom with jetted tub for two under skylights. Deck overlooking pond below. Very Romantic!

Forget Me Not

A very romantic suite with elegant antique double bed with burled headboard. As you lie in bed the glaciers of Rocky Mountain National Park loom over your toe tops! Library, fireplace by jetted tub for two, private deck overlooking garden. Breathtaking!

Chiming Bells

Country elegance, wildflowers pressed into the plaster of the walls, a French antique water can for the showerhead, and a queen size brass bed under skylights by a crackling fire. The suite has a new bathroom alcove with a Jacuzzi tub for two under skylights. Private garden patio.

Cowboys Delight

A large rustic 'carriage house' room. Jetted tub for two and queen size four- poster bed in front of fireplace. Reading nook area. Large deck with fabulous view of snow caped peaks. Fun!

Shooting Star

Tree top suite with whirlpool tub for two under skylights by a crackling fire. Cozy corner library with window seat. Queen size iron and brass bed. Always a guest favorite!

Indian Paintbrush

A luxurious cottage room with southwest style. The queen size "swing bed" gently rocks you to sleep by firelight. Has our largest non-jetted tub for two. Outside private patio. Feeling adventurous?

Pasque Flower

Our cozy country cottage . French doors from deck to bedroom. Fireplace in front of queen size log bed. Country quilts, bookshelves, rocking chair, a marvelous claw footed tub and sensuous bubble bath make this room a joy to stay in.

Mountain Rose

Bright and cheery room with dramatic 'roof top' shower for two. The small suite has see through fireplace from bedroom to bathroom. Continental Divide views from queen size bed and window reading nook. Romantic and imaginative!

Morning Glory

Our newest room in the cool Ponderosa forest overlooking the laundry and greenhouse has a 'ship captain's bed' built into the wall surrounded by books. Vaulted ceilings, large forest view window, small kitchenette and futon sofa bed make this room a coming favorite.

Out of consideration for all of our guests and staff, Romantic River Song is a non-smoking inn. Because we pride ourselves on our wonderfully quiet and romantic atmosphere, our rooms are designed to accommodate no more than two people. We do not accept bookings for more than 2 rooms. Designed as a romantic experience for couples, the Romantic River Song is not suitable for children. Pets are not allowed.
