The perfect place for family reunions, retreats, and family vacations. The Emerald Forest of Trinidad has a large playground, gift shop/mini-mart, video arcade and large hall for group events.

The Emerald Forest Cabins offer thirteen spacious and comfortable rental cabins to suite every need and aspiration.

Emerald Forest Accommodations

Celebration Hall

Unique redwood lined walls with large fireplace and vista views of forest make this room one of Emerald Forest's finest renovations. Features full kitchen suitable for group use. Perfect for retreats, small parties or family reunions. A favorite reception hall for weddings held in the redwoods or along the ocean of the north coast. Suitable for 40 dining guests plus outdoor pavilion, patio and group campfire area for sing-a-longs, picnics and group events.

North Coast Original Cabins

Two rooms and bath with new claw foot tub, wood burning stove, full kitchen and sparkly clean! Sleeps two in full size bed, built in the 1930's. Cabins A and B.

Kitchenette Cabin

Sleeps 2, Queen bed, with private deck overlooking redwood grove and creek. Cabin I.

Deluxe Kitchenette Cabin

New knotty pine interior. Sleeps 2, full or queen bed with private deck overlooking redwood grove and creek. Cabins G and H.

One Bedroom Cabin

Full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Deck overlooking redwood forest and creek. Sleeps up to 3, queen bed in bedroom plus rollaway in living room. Cabins L and M.

One Bedroom Deluxe

Large living room, dining area, tub/shower combo, large kitchen plus outdoor deck overlooking redwood forest. Sleeps up to 3 or 4, queen be in bedroom plus rollaway in living room. Cabin E

2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Cabin

Adjoining rooms in cabin. 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, 2 baths, 2 TVs plus kitchenette and deck overlooking redwood forest. Sleeps up to 4.

2 Bedroom Deluxe Cabin

Large cabin with two separate bedrooms, full kitchen and living room. New pine interior, front deck. Sleeps up to 4, queen bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other bedroom. Cabin D.

Cabin Suite

The most elegant of cabins on the North Coast! Pine interior,tub for two, full kitchen, extra amenities, great for anniversaries, honeymoons or special getaways. Queen bed sleeps 2. Cabin Suite.

Redwood Suite Cabin

All pine interior, wood stove, full kitchen, sleeps two in queen size bed. Cabin O.

Family Suite Cabin

Sleeps 4 with queen bed and two twin beds. Small refrigerator and microwave. Cabin N.

3 Bedroom/2 Bath Cabin

Full kitchen, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and two extra large bedrooms. Bathtub in one bedroom. Sleeps 8. Cabin C.

Forest Cabins

Cabins in redwood forest setting, light knotty pine interior, sleeps 2. Queen bed, deck, small refrigerator & microwave. Forest Cabin 24, Forest Cabin 26.

Summer Hours 9am to 8pm -- Winter Hours 10am to 7pm PST

Dog Policy Dogs allowed in some cabins, Cabin Dog Fee $10 per night, 15 lb. Dog maximum, plus $50 returnable deposit. Dogs allowed in RV sites, but are not allowed in tent sites. Pet rules must be observed, which includes dog on leash at all times. No exceptions, please.
