Mexican Hat Lodge

Mexican Hat lodge is located in scenic Southern Utah, not far from the stunning sights of Monument Valley. This is a mysterious region that will take you back to the days of the Old West.  On a plateau you might catch glimpses of the ghosts of band robbers and law men in full speed horse race.  You will catch some of the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen.

Mexican Hat Lodge was an Old Indian Bar and Dance Hall that operated between 1950 and 1990. In the early 1990's Bobby and Vonnie Mueller and their kids set out remodeling the upstairs of the building into 10 beautiful rooms, each one with a different theme.

The Mueller’s originally came to Mexican Hat in July of 1979 as a traveling Band working the southwest night clubs.  They liked the area so much that with a lot of hard work they managed to buy the old TOP O HAT bar and convert it to the lodge it is today. The Mexican Hat Lodge specialty is a Rib eye Steak Dinner that includes an 18oz. steak cooked on an open cedar wood fire and served in an Old Cowboy style.
