For those who already have reservations at another hotel in Kayenta, or at Goulding's Lodge, or in Mexican Hat, we offer a "NO Lodging" rate. 

** For those who are staying at another hotel in Kayenta and are not staying at the Holiday Inn, we will have you meet us at the lobby of the Holiday Inn.  For those who are staying @ Gouldings Lodge, or in Mexican Hat, we will meet you at the Registration Office @ Gouldings lodge.

***The total length of the flight will depend upon wind conditions, and available landing sites, for your safety and comfort. 

****Our customary tour will take us to the arches or to ancient cliff dwellings, depending upon the location of our landing site.  Occasionally, we will visit with one of the Navajo families for the rug weaving demonstration, based upon scheduling.

The Navajo Nation requires all photographs and videos taken during your tour can not be used for any type of commercial use, unless a permit has been issued in advance by the Navajo Nation Office of Broadcast Services (tel. 928-871-6655).  Prior to your flight, you will be required to sign a statement that you acknowledge that all photographs or videos taken during your tour are for non-commercial use, or, you must provide us with a copy (for our records) of your permit from the Navajo Nation Office of Broadcast Services.

To participate in a balloon flight, you must:

1. Be in good phyical and mental condition.
2. Not be pregnant!
3. 5 years or older.
4. Read and sign a liability release waiver the day of your flight.  (This can be sent to you to review prior to scheduling a reservation.)
5. Prior to your flight, you will be required to read and sign a statement that you acknowledge that all photographs or videos taken during your tour are for non-commercial use, or, you must provide us with a copy (for our records) of your permit from the Navajo Nation Office of Broadcast Services (tel. 928-871-6655).
