Three Marinas To Serve You
Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas operates three full-service marinas to satisfy all your fun-on-the-water needs. Wahweap Marina is located down lake just minutes from Page, AZ. Bullfrog Marina and Halls Crossing Marina are located up lake in Utah, and just a short ferry ride across the lake from each other. For a list of Services per Marina, please see the chart below.

Note: Bull Frog Marina is located at the north end of Lake Powell, and Wahweap Marina is located at the south end of Lake Powell. Please consider which marina is more convenient for you based on the direction from which you are coming. In addition, keep in mind that different houseboats may only be available at one of the two marinas.

Deposit is due at the time of booking. The rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking within 60 days of arrival, the deposit and rental fee is due at the time of booking. Houseboat reservation changes are subject to change fees (fees vary). Optional waiver of liability insurance is available upon check-in for an additional fee (fees vary).

Cancellation Policy:
If canceling 60 days or more prior to arrival, the forfeit fee is $100. If canceling 59-45 days prior to arrival, the forfeit fee is $500. If canceling 44 days or less prior to arrival, the forfeit fee is the full rental fee; the tax and deposit are refunded. 

Damage Deposit
*Damage deposits are due at the time of booking. All deposits are refunded to the customer at the end of the trip if no damage is incurred to the houseboat.

Waiver of Liability
*Damage waiver available for an additional fee which varies by boat size.

Pet Policy
*Pets are allowed on each size houseboat (EXCEPT the 75' Odyssey & Excursion, 62' Journey and the 54' Escape) for an additional fee.

Tax Policy
Taxation, Utility Pass-Through Fee (Energy), & Infrastructure Development program fee. All houseboats and watercraft reservations are subject to local, state and federal taxation, in addition to a 1.5% Utility Pass-Through Fee (Energy Surcharge) and 4.5% Infrastructure Development Program Fee.
