Your dining experience is an important part of your decision to stay with us and part of your enjoyment while you are here. We are pleased to offer a wide variety of menu items available to you in several outlets.

Miss Margaret's "fast and friendly" coffee bar is open daily every morning through to late afternoon. A wide selection of pastries, cakes and deli style sandwiches, soup of the day and fresh fruit help to compliment your choice of a freshly brewed coffee drink or refreshing cold beverage.

The Lakeside Cafe "casual fare with a view" features an extensive morning buffet complete with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and morning potatoes. The luncheon menu includes a large selection of salads, sandwiches, entrees and there is always a special of the day. Friday is Italian buffet night and Sunday's Brunch features an extensive buffet.

The Copper Room was made for those special occasions. Our own Fraser Valley cuisine is featured on the menu along with the traditional favourites of many years. Dance your evening away to the live entertainment that features a four piece band. Create some memories of your own with a special night in the Copper Room.

Room Services provides private dining seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. and offers a full menu from breakfast through lunch and into dinner with a selection of hors d'ourvres for a group reception in your suite.

All menus offer heart smart "low calorie" dishes along with daily specials and a fresh sheet to ensure your preferences are met. Should you have any allergies please advise us in advance so we can do our best to ensure your needs are met.

In the summer period, the poolside menu is offered (depending on weather) on Saturdays with a barbeque in the pool area from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. with delicious hamburgers and cold drinks while you enjoy the pools. For all the night owls, vending machines provide hot and cold beverages along with snacks and bottled water.
