Walk-in-the-Treetops at Whitefish Montana
Walk in the Treetops is an exciting way to experience adventure, fun, and learning in the Rocky Mountains. Located at the Whitefish Mountain Resort at the north end of town, The Walk in the Treetops adventure is an experience you will never forget. The adventure is a two and a half hour guided tour that offers a unique view of the forest from an elevated boardwalk through the treetop canopy. It's the only walk of its kind in the United States! The adventure includes a half-mile hike through the beautiful sub alpine forest led by expert forest interpreters, including an exhilarating trek along the canopy boardwalk suspended at 70 feet above the forest floor, offering spectacular views of the forest, the Whitefish Mountains and the Flathead Valley.
