Available rooms at the Village Inn at Apgar are as follow: One the first floor one-bedroom Kitchenette rooms are offered. These rooms are equipped with basic utensils, small refrigerator and two burner stove.

Located on both the first and second floor are one bedroom rooms accommodating a maximum of 2 people.

Two-bedroom rooms located on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 6 people depending on the room reserved. Call early to make a reservation for the room that will best suit your vacation needs.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are fully refundable for 30 days following the date the reservation was made. From 31 days after the reservation is made until 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less the following administrative fees:

1. $10.00 ($15 CAN.) administrative fee per confirmation number to cancel a room only reservation.

OR

2. $15.00 ($20 CAN.) administrative fee per confirmation number to cancel a room reservation that has attached tour(s); box lunch/afternoon tea and/or activity(s) reservation(s).

Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to Arrival/Tour/Activity date: Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation(s) is cancelled after 5:00 PM MST three days prior to the arrival date. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are no additional administrative fees charged when the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.
You can change your reservation once prior to check-in without penalty. After that there will be a $10 penalty per change.
Changes to your departure date made after you have checked-in will result in a $30 administrative fee.
