Rock Cottage a 1,300 sq. ft. cottage is centrally located within the beautiful town of Kanab, Utah, we are proud to offer our unique home for consideration during your stay. Hand-laid rock, an array of Geodes, polished rock, petrified wood, sandstone and fossils make The Rock Cottage a one of a kind home.
The Rock Cottage sleeps up to six comfortably.
The Living Room contains a queen size futon sofa, and our gas stove fireplace will keep you warm on a cold winter evening. Pine-log furniture and hickory hardwood floors throughout add to the warm and cozy atmosphere. The cottage is complete with TV/VCR and Satellite Television.
Our inviting kitchen makes you feel at home, being fully equipped with all the plates, cups, and cooking utensils that you will need for your stay.
The large master bedroom contains a beautiful King-size pine-log bed, with pillow top mattress.
Our second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, with pillow top mattress.
Dim the lights and relax in our beautiful bath equipped with a large corner jetted tub and marble shower. Enjoy the convenience of a new washer and dryer during your stay.
Picture yourself relaxing on our covered patio with your morning coffee, surrounded by the beautiful vermillion cliffs. Or, relaxing after an exciting day of sightseeing.

Cancellation Policy:
You will be refunded 90% of your deposit if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to check-in dates. If the cancellation is less than 30 days notice, then the deposit will be non-refundable.

Upon confirmation of your reservation request, you will be billed in advance, to your credit card a 25% deposit. The Charge will be displayed as “The Rock Cottage” on your credit card statement.

Smoking Policy: No Smoking inside. Proper containers will be provided outside.
Pet Policy: Pets of any kind, are not allowed in any of the Kanab Lodging properties.
