Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, because we are a destination Resort and do not have "drive-ups" or "walk-ins" to replace you if you cancel, we cannot offer refunds. Rates and prices do not include Kentucky sales tax or Russell County taxes.
Reservation Deposits equal to one night's rental are required to be paid within 10 days of the date the reservation is booked.
Two night minimum rental is required for all weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Three night minimum rental is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day holiday weekends. Surcharges of $20.00 per night are applicable for all lodging rentals during these holiday periods.
