In order for us to process this cancellation, our company had to have made the reservation for you. If you were booked by us, National Park Reservations, you would have received an email confirmation from nationalparkreservations(at)yahoo.com and a 10% non-refundable charge on your credit card.
If we did not make your original reservation, your reservation cannot be cancelled by us. If that is the case, please contact the company you booked with.
You will receive a response to this cancellation request by phone or email within 24 hours of submission on Monday-Friday@12pm and by Monday 5pm if submitted from Friday@12pm-Sunday
