Walk In the Treetops is a three-hour,
half-day adventure experience that offers a unique view of a majestic,
managed forest and the interconnected ecosystems of water, wildlife
and plants that make it successful. The tour includes:
- A guided 1 mile bike ride from Glacier Village of Big Mountain
Resort to base camp; motorized shuttle available.
- A guided tour
lead by expert forest interpreters on a canopy boardwalk suspended
up to 60 feet above the forest floor.
- Possible wildlife sightings
include birds and their nests including Western tanagers, red
tail and kestrel hawks, pine grosbeak
and kinglets. Squirrels, pine martin and possible larger animals
including moose,
deer, and coyotes may also be encountered.
- A spectacular view across the lakes and canyons of the incredible
Flathead Valley.
- Souvenir water bottle, fanny pack and snack provided.

Friday & Saturday
during July and August.
Cost: $48 per person
Walk in the Treetops Adventure is available to guests ages 10 years
and up with a minimum height requirement of 54” tall.
