This is the newest lodging property at Big Mountain Resort. Morning Eagle Lodge, completed in the Fall of 2003, offers direct ski in/ski out access to the slopes of The Big Mountain. Located in the heart of Glacier Village, Morning Eagle is just steps away from all village shops and services. Morning Eagle Lodge was built with Classic Montana ranch and National Park Lodge architecture.

The common areas include a two story lobby with large stone fireplace and lounge area. Morning Eagle Lodge guests will have use of a heated, secure underground parking garage and ski locker. An outdoor hot tub is located on the top floor of the lodge to take advantage of the surrounding views. Morning Eagle Lodge guests will have admittance to the only fitness facility located on-mountain.

Complimentary High Speed Internet access has been installed in each livingroom as of February 2004.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies:

WINTER LODGING DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS*

DEPOSIT / FINAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

50% of lodging portion is due at the time of booking (or 1 nights lodging if only staying one night)
For a Canadian funds reservation a credit card guarantee will be used to hold the reservation for 14 days, at which time a Canadian funds check for the deposit amount is due.

Balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.

All reservations made within 30 days of the day of arrival total balance is due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

If cancellation is made more than 90 days before arrival, a $20.00 service charge will be assessed, with remaining balance refunded to guest.

If cancellation is made between 90 and 30 days of arrival, the lodging deposit is forfeited, but the remainder will be refundable without a service charge.

If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the lodging portion will be totally non-refundable but the remainder will be refundable without a service charge.

50% of the total lodging cost is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance including cleaning charge will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Guests can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival and will be refunded less a $20.00 service fee. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, the one night's lodging deposit will be retained and the remainder to be refundable without a service charge.

Condominiums:

Kintla Lodge, Edelweiss and Glacier Village Property Management Condominiums:

For changes or cancellations made outside 30 days from arrival, the excess will be refunded less a $20 service charge.

If cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the lodging cost will be retained and the balance will be refundable without a service charge.

If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, the lodging portion will be totally non-refundable.
