This mountain gem in its majestic setting offers the perfect mountain retreat. Great views, comfort and convenience are valuable facets of the Edelweiss experience. Fully furnished studios, one- and two-bedroom condominiums are available for lodging year-round.

The Edelweiss is located in the heart of the Big Mountain Ski and Summer Resort. In the winter, you are just steps away from the slopes of one of the largest ski areas in the West. Big Mountain stands above the town of Whitefish at the north end of the Flathead Valley in Northwestern Montana. In the summer, the Edelweiss gives you access to a premier summer vacation destination. Glacier National Park is less than an hour away.

Every Edelweiss unit features a handsome interior with a fireplace and complete kitchen including range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Cable TV/VCR and telephone are provided and each unit has either a balcony or patio, most with outstanding views. All units are well equipped with kitchen utensils and linens. Fire logs are provided. Common areas provide coin-operated laundry and picnic/barbecue facilities.

The guests of the Edelweiss have full use of the Anapurna Swim Center. Located a short distance from the Edelweiss building. The Anapurna Swim Center offers the only swimming pool on the Big Mountain and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. It is open year-round except for two maintenance weeks, one in spring and one in fall.

The huge Edelweiss whirlpool spa and accompanying sauna is open during the ski season to create the focal point for apres-ski socializing.

Rates: $115 to $350 Per Night (rates depend upon season and number of occupants)

Deposit/Cancellation Policies: 50% of the total stay is required as an advance deposit at the time of making a reservation. The cancellation policy is at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund of the deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the lodging cost will be retained and the balance will be refundable without a service charge. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the lodging portion will be totally non-refundable.
