Location

Located in Banff National Park, the town of Banff sits along the raging Bow River in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Fairmont View Room
Fairmont View rooms are well-appointed guest rooms equipped with all standard amenities. These cozy rooms offer a variety of beautiful valley side views. Best suited for two occupants, they have a chair and table. Available on non-smoking floors only. Bed Type: one King, one Queen or two Single beds

View: Valley side

Deluxe Room
Deluxe rooms offer the largest regular guest accommodations at The Fairmont Banff Springs. Rooms are located in the Main building, Manor wing or in the Conference Center and are suitable for up to four adult occupants.

Deluxe View Room
Deluxe View rooms are located throughout the hotel and offer a variety of beautiful valley side views. More spacious than Fairmont rooms, they are perfect for travelers requiring more living space. Comfortable for up to four people, they are available on smoking and non-smoking floors.

Single or two Queen beds
Size: approximately 200 sq. ft.
View: Valley Side

Signature Room
Signature Rooms are luxuriously furnished in Scottish Highland or elegant traditional decor. Rooms are located in the Main or Manor wings of the hotel. There are two configurations for the Signature room.

Main Wing:
Signature rooms have unique architectural features that reflect the era in which the Hotel was constructed. These rooms are comfortable for two people and are available in smoking and non-smoking. Bed Type: one King or one Queen bed
Size: approximately 260 sq. ft.
View: Valley side or Mountain side

Manor Wing:
Signature rooms are comfortable and designed to reflect the familiar surroundings of home. These elegant traditional-styled rooms can accommodate from two to four people depending on bed configuration.

Junior Suite:
Junior Suites offer spacious accommodations with a defined bedroom and sitting area all within one large room. These rooms are located in the Main or Manor Wings of the hotel:

Main Wing:
Junior Suites are available in non-smoking. Suitable for two people.  Bed Type: one King plus double sofa bed

Manor Wing:

One Bedroom Suite:
One Bedroom Suites are designed for guests that require more living space than traditional rooms. Located in both the Main Wing and the Tudor House, the suites offer a bedroom with an adjoining parlor.  Bed Type: one King bed plus a Sofa bed or two Queen beds plus a Sofa bed
Size: approximately 444 sq. ft.
View: mountain view suites or spectacular valley side suites available. Valley side suites may be guaranteed at time of booking for a $40 CAD surcharge.

Two Bedroom Suites:
There are a limited number of Two Bedroom Suites available at the hotel. Located in the Main Wing,  these suites offer two bedrooms and an adjoining parlor.
Bed Type: one King bed in master bedroom, two Twin beds in second bedroom and a Sofa bed in the parlor.
Size: approximately 638 sq. ft
View: Woodland or mountains

Honeymoon Suite:
Honeymoon Suites are split-level rooms with staircases (some of them are spiral staircases). Bed Type: one Queen bed

Presidential Suite:
The Presidential Suite offers unsurpassed luxury for the stay of a lifetime. The master bedroom ensuite bathroom is finished in marble and has a whirlpool and shower. The split level living room boasts a working wood-burning fireplace, grand piano and library. Entertaining is a delight in this suite that offers a pantry, separate guest bathroom and stereo.
The Presidential Suite also offers the opportunity to secure the seven Fairmont Deluxe bedrooms that comprise the full Presidential area, at which point the rooms are serviced by a private elevator to the 10th, 11th and 12th floors. Bed Type: King-sized bed in master bedroom
