The Acadia Inn is situated on 4 acres of land on Route 3 approximately 1 mile to downtown and 1 1/2 miles to Acadia National Park.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel welcome at the new Acadia Inn. The knowledgeable and courteous staff is on call to help you 24 hours a day.
In the morning, come and enjoy their wonderful, deluxe, continental breakfast. It consists of: Tea, Coffee, 4 juices, hot and cold cereals, English muffins, toast, bagels, muffins, and fruit. Served daily 6:00 am to 10:30 am. Complimentary coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day, so feel free to help yourself.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice receive a refund of deposit less a $20.00 administrative Fee. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the entire deposit. (48 hours notice is considered to be by 2pm 2 days prior to scheduled arrival)
Deposit Policy:
An advance payment of one nights lodging, is required to confirm all reservations.
Early Departure/Delayed Arrival/Late Check-outs:
Deposits may be subject to a $20.00 fee if either arrival date is later or departure date is earlier than confirmed. Late check-outs are subject to a fee. Departures after noon is a $20.00 charge. Departures after 2pm will result in the charge of the night.
