Cancellation Policy:
For a cancellation received at least ten days prior to confirmed arrival date, the deposit is refundable, less a $25 administration fee. The deposit is non refundable for a cancellation received nine or fewer days prior to the confirmed arrival date. Deposits are subject to a 50% forfeit if either the arrival date is later or the departure date is earlier than confirmed.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations require an advance deposit equal to one nights lodging. Deposit must be received within seven days of making the reservation.
